The issue status choices are predefined and display in the Status drop-down list on the Issue window. The available issue status choices include the following:
■ Unassigned – This is the default for all new issues
■ Open
■ InProcess
■ Test
■ ReDo
■ Hold
■ Pending
■ Closed
The issue severity choices are predefined and display in the Severity drop-down list on the Issue window (from Issues, select View and enter issues, then click New). The available issue severity choices include the following:
■ Unassigned – This is the default for all new issues
■ Low
■ Medium
■ High
■ Urgent
